Each room includes a paper version of our digital Welcome Book with practical information. You will find recommendations for restaurants, scenic drives, wineries, markets and hidden gems around Mont Ventoux. We are always happy to share our favourite local addresses.
Wellness & Leisure:
Relax in our heated swimming pool, enjoy the SPA, play pétanque or table tennis. But you may simply unwind beneath the cherry & olive trees overlooking Mont Ventoux. Secure bicycle storage is available for cyclists exploring Provence.

Breakfast:
A generous continental breakfast is served every morning between 8:00 and 10:00 (early and/or late breakfast available on request). Homemade jams, fresh products and local & Ermitage specialities.
Private Brunch (by reservation)
Looking for something special? We can organise a private birthday or celebration brunch in the garden or by the pool, with homemade dishes, fresh local ingredients and a relaxed Provençal atmosphere.
The Table d’Hôtes
Once or twice a week, depending on the audience, Eric prepares some nice diners. The menu is prepared with seasonal ingredients and local wines.
Reservations are recommended the day before.
Concept : One table, one common menu, one price (per Adult / per Child under 16yo)
Poolhouse & Summer Kitchen:
The Poolhouse and its fully equipped summer kitchen are available to all guests. They are designed as a friendly shared space where everyone can relax and enjoy meals throughout the day.
Guests are welcome to prepare their own food.
To preserve the warm atmosphere of the Poolhouse and support the local wineries we proudly recommend, we invite you to discover our carefully selected wines available on site at very reasonable prices.
If you prefer to bring your own beverages, no worries. But we kindly ask you to keep them in your room refrigerator and to leave the shared areas clean for the next guests. Thank you for helping us preserve the welcoming atmosphere that makes the Ermitage so special.

Discover our self-service wine cellar featuring carefully selected wines from local Rhône Valley producers at very attractive prices.
Our wine selection is intentionally offered at prices very close to those of the wineries. Choosing a bottle at the Ermitage helps us maintain this complimentary shared space for everyone.
